E-Z Exit Listing Agreement

The E-Z Exit Listing Agreement is very rare in Real Estate. It is a special concept that represents the confidence we have in our services to you, and is specific to Emmanuel Babayev & Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc. You will find that most Realtors want to lock you in for a time frame with no way to fire them if they don’t provide service that meets your expectations.

Emmanuel Babayev of Charles Rutenberg Realty has a different philosophy. We believe that you are our employer and should have the right to ‘Fire’ us if we are not doing our best to serve you. We are so confident that you will be continually satisfied with our regular communication and marketing, that we are willing to sign a document which gives you the right to cancel your listing agreement if you are not satisfied with the services of your Realtor at any time.

In other words, if you feel that your Realtor is not providing services that meet yourexpectations you may ‘Reclaim’ your listing agreement simply by contacting your Realtor via email, mail, or telephone and he/she will void the agreement at which time you have no further obligations to Emmanuel Babayev & Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc.

The undersigned acknowledge that ___________________________________‘Client’  
may terminate the Listing Agreement they entered into with Emmanuel Babayev &
Charles Rutenberg Realty for the property described as______________________________________, for reasons specific to:
Unsatisfactory Service in the marketing of said property. All other terms and conditions of the Listing Agreement remain in full force and effect. The undersigned also acknowledge that the contract may not be canceled after an Agreement of Sale is signed and this agreement is ONLY specific to unsatisfactory service while marketing. It is not applicable for any other instance or circumstance. Client may not void Listing Agreement for any purpose relating to disposal of commissions owed, and for instances relating to, but not limited to agent/brokerage circumvention due to direct contact with a buyer or regardless of how a buyer found out about the property.
